Homestead Guarantees, LLC is an organization comprised of five real estate
professionals and a Director of Operations that have combined their efforts to
develop a unique program tailored to meet the needs of the new home
construction industry.

What Services Are Provided?
Listing
Homebuyer's will list their existing home with one of our professional real estate agents who is affiliated with the F.C. Tucker Company. Homestead agents, in concert with the efforts of the F. C. Tucker Company, will work to
market your existing home to maximize your equity position.
Guarantee Sale
If your home has not sold within 120 days after marketing the property begins (or other agreed upon time frame), Homestead will acquire your existing home at a previously established price. After closing, your equity
will be available for the purchase of the newly constructed home. |
